    The tea from the invoice DJ 10/2021 from the renowned Giddapahar Tea estate is a prime First Flush Darjeeling black tea harvested from high-elevation China bushes, lightly rolled, and minimally processed. The bright liquoring cup has a slight astringency and has a distinctive fresh aroma. With a pleasant mouthfeel, the liquor is smooth and has abundant clear floral notes in the first sip. The lush floral notes, redolent of the verdant expanse of spring in Darjeeling, are followed by lingering notes of sweet caramel around the edges. Smooth, exquisite, and delicious!

    What is the best way to make Black Teas?

    The best way to make a perfect cup of signature black tea is to get 200ml of freshly-filtered water to a boil (90-100 degrees celsius) and add 2 grams (0.07 oz) of your favorite black tea to it. Switch off the heat, cover it, and let the tea steep for 3-5 minutes depending on how strong you like your cup to be. Strain into a cup and sip while hot! The best time to have a cup of black tea is the morning or early evening. Since black tea has considerable caffeine (lesser than coffee) and hence should be avoided before bedtime.     Is Black Tea rich in antioxidants?
