    How does the drink remain hot or cold for hours in the Ardour Tumbler?

    The tumbler is engineered with double-wall vacuum insulation technology that creates an airless space between two walls, eliminating the convection and the temperature change.

    Is the tumbler leak-proof?

    No. The tumbler isn't leakproof. But, it is splash resistant which means it will keep the drink in place over a speed bump but if it is flipped upside down or held at a titled angle, the liquid will spill out. We would suggest you keep the tumbler upright and not carry in a backpack to avoid spillage.

    Will the tumbler sweat?

    Not at all. The double-wall vacuum insulation technology will ensure that the outside of our tumbler is condensation free.

    Is the tumbler dishwasher safe?

    Yes, it is safe to be used in the dishwasher.

    Is the tumbler microwave/refrigerator safe?

    Never place the tumbler in the microwave as this could cause damage to the product and/or the microwave. We also do not recommend placing the product in the refrigerator or freezer as this could negatively affect the internal properties of the product.

    What is the shelf-life of the Iced Teas?

    All our teas have a shelf-life of 3 years from the Date of Picking/Harvest. Both the 'Date of Picking' and the 'Date of Expiry' are mentioned on the bottom of all our boxes.
