An elegantly floral and grassy organic oolong from the exclusive plantations of Mim in Darjeeling. Handrolled and manufactured from special clones plucked at high elevation areas of the tea garden, the visual appeal of the tea leaves will make you drool. Wiry and fluffy with velvety silver tipped leaves spread across evenly. The liquor is bright with a shimmer of gold. The smooth fragrant flavor hints of fresh vegetables notes combined with a sensations of select grounded spices and a delightful earthy grassy aroma. The finish touches a sweet spot and lingers on for quite sometime. An excellent low-caffiene spring Oolong for anytime of the day.

Mim The Mim estate in Darjeeling was originally taken care off by a lady of British origin often referred to as 'Mem', a popular local word for a British woman originating during the English rule of India. The estate was hence named Mim. Located at an elevation ranging upto 6800 feet, Mim grows some exclusive organic black, white and oolong teas every season. It is one of the very few estates with over 80% China bushes. It produces over 100,00 kgs of Darjeeling teas every year.
