Tantalizing Temi Organic Sikkim Black Tea

Tantalizing Temi Organic Sikkim Black Tea

One of the best-known tea estates of the eastern state of Sikkim, Temi's black tea has a delightful sense of occasion. Despite the simple flavours it holds, it makes for an effortlessly graceful cup. Stringy right from the onset, the top notes to the tea are hay and sweet musty wood which is most prominent at the heart. The aromas are a blend of coriander seeds and ginger candy with hints of pulpy yellow fruit. Overall, a healthy vegetal profile.
It has a medium caffeine level which makes it an ideal morning tea to be savoured by itself although it can also be complemented with toasted nuts or a light snack of tree fruit.
